Richmond Heights Memorial Library's "Winter Reading Club" starts December 1, 2023 and ends on January 31, 2024.
At completion, all participants will receive a Cozy Winter Kit including: a candy cane,
cocoa packet, snowflake patterns, and coupons to local merchants. Readers of all ages are
automatically entered in the raffles once they reach 300 points.
